Suggested task doesn't close on wrapping up the interaction.

We have a problem with suggested task. Suggested task does not close on wrapping up the interaction. This is happening in Pega Customer Service Application.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Create interaction.

2, Open the suggested task. Keep it open. Click on wrap up button to resolve the interaction.

3. Interaction gets resolved but system displays suggested task. Attached is the screenshot for the same

Please suggest how can we close the suggested task.

Do we have any OOTB activity to so?
