Dashboard question - > how to keep create child menu auto expanded in dashboard

Hi Pega Community,

There is a standard create button on the left side of the dashboard which opens a list of cases to create when clicked on the +, however we would like to have the list of cases already expanded so it is always viewable as a sub-menu.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Hi

The Menu rule used for that Navigation is "PyCreateCaseMenu" which has "Item List" as a child to "item" Type.

What you can do is have only "Item List" in the menu as Parent. That will give you the list directly. 

You may use separators to distinguish the case types from other options.
