How to set by default Starting Time 12:00 AM' in current Date

Hi ,

To set 12 :00 AM by Default to start date is below ..

Start date is = @(Pega-RULES:DateTime).CurrentDate("MM/dd/yyyy ", "EST").

End Date Is =@(Pega-RULES:DateTime).CurrentDate("MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm a", "EST")
