Trouble accessing Pega training software

Hi - I downloaded and installed the Pega software available in Pega community site for training purpose. But getting error message "The Information you entered was not recognized" while logging in.

So is this a paid service or something not all get accessed? Or Any option for me to get access?

The easiest way to get access to training software is to sign up for a Pega Academy course. I would recommend starting with System Architect Essentials 8. In the course you will find exercises. On the exercise page you will see a link to Open an Exercise System. This will open your very own cloud-based system that will allow you to take Pega out for a test run by either doing the exercises or creating something on your own.
