Hi

1. What version of Pega are you on?

2. What did this start happening (for eg. after installing a Hfix, switched from http to https etc)?

3. Do you not have pxSessionTimer implementation so you can log off the user after the session becomes stale?

4. If you launch developer toolbar (F12), do you see any errors in the console?

Add <env name="initialization/urlencryption" value="false" /> in prconfig.xml , it will resolve the problem.
