pxUpdateRecord API failed
Good afternoon Taking the course I think I have broken some feature, because it does not allow me to create new cases.
Does this problem have a solution?

Resolved. You just have to wait 2 days without entering the system so that the rules are re-enforced.

Hi,
I know the error isn’t meaningful but pelase try:
- use different case name
- click Advance and manipulate the options there (maybe default ruleset is locked for some reason)

- This error appear when i try to create a new case name (i try with diferent names)
- from dessinger, it´s possible delete some rule for error? There is possible update and restore initial configuration?

I have tried to create different use case and there is no way. The error is after entering the name (whatever it is). It does not let me create new cases From the desinger, is it possible to eliminate a rule by mistake? Can the original configuration of the rules be re-established?
