Pega equivalent to Serena Journal Field
Hi,
I recently migrated from Serena to Pega. In Serena, you can define a text field in the primary table as Journal and append only. This field then basically allows the user to post text to the case. When a subsequent user opens the case, they can see the text with dates from previous post. I have looked into adding the text to the audit from a flow action, but that results in the text getting intermingled with audit activities. I'd like the case to have a journal so they can see the ongoing conversation during the lifecycle of the case. Is there a functional OOTB equivalent in Pega or do I need to build the control?

I run the case, enter text into the comment field and hit submit. What I've built will create a new row in the Journal table. The commentTimeStamp is set, but the case id and the comment are both blank. I have tested the activities and they enter the data into the table correctly. Obviously, the error must be that I am not accessing the source data correctly from the flow action. Any assistance in how I should be sourcing the data would be appreciated. Even better would be any advice regarding how build this with less steps (e.g. OOTB?).
