Pega cases not opening in Portal due to PRRuntimeException

Hi,

We are getting PRRuntimeException in pega UI while opening few pega cases. Attached Screenshot for reference.

We are getting below error while quering those cases in DB.

ORA-29532: Java call terminated by uncaught Java exception: com.pega.pegarules.data.internal.clipboard.directstream.BadStreamDataException:
Problem decompressing a storage stream

We have traced the issue and the root cause is related to BLOB data getting corrupted for few Cases and this is throwing PRRuntimeException while opening the case from Pega portal or transferring these cases.

Please let us know if anyone faced this issue and any fix for these issue. Please prioritize this issue and give us an update soon.
