Identify Non-rule-resolved instances being accessed at runtime

Hi,

I am running a flow and could see the elapsed time accessing non-rule-resolved instances from database is 5.35 secs. This is appearing consistently in PAL and it's impacting performance and delaying the transaction.

I couldn't find any OOTB tools to identify what are the non-rule-resolved instances being invoked at runtime so that can apply some changed and optimise the transaction.
