Checking the Check Box in a Grid
Hi
I am facing an issue automation not able to check the check box in a grid which has HTML Table structure with check box at match cell and data cell. The problem is match cell also showing separate table and datacell also showing separate table. Check Box at match cell and data cell able to get control but did not find normal check box control methods like "IsChecked" extra. Datacell showing as a check box control / if I do individual select element check box getting as On element- but did not have checkbox properties or methods like IsChecked or other properties. Attached images of checkbox properties/events/methods as well HTML Table Grid /table check box image.Automation need to check the corresponding check box -based on "label"- is shown "DEA"

Without accessing the individual site, I can only make a few suggestions.
- Be certain that your match rule(s) for the checkbox are flexible enough so that they match that checkbox on each row. Often, the default match rule will be a Element ID or some other identifying property and will only apply to the first row.
- If there are other checkboxes in the same row, you'll need a way to distinguish between them as they exist in the table section as opposed to being underneath a DataCell.
- You are on the right track in that you'd want to operate on the checkbox instead of the DataCell, however sometimes a perform click on the DataCell might trigger the checkbox to become checked (or a RaiseEvent).
