Queuing a request for Advanced agent
Hello Everyone,
Can we queue (Customer queuing using Queue-For-Agent Method) a request for advanced agent? if yes, can we check those status in the broken-queue if that failed?
What is the purpose of enabling AQM for the advanced agents?

Thanks for your reply! but i am not able to access link! i understand the process of how Queue-For-Agent works and broken-queue, but my question is about Advanced agents, Can we also queue the request for the advanced agents like standard agents?

Hello,
I just tried to Queue-For-Agent for an advanced agent and I didn't get any error message. Now will it be fully working for every type of configuration I'm not sure. Why don't you have a try?
