Need to update data page w.r.t a date property mentioned inside the case.

I have a requirement that I need to make an update in checkbox which is actually present in the data page. The scenario is that there is need to book auditoriums which are available and there we will mention the start and end dates. Now I am able to update the records on the basis of which auditorium is booked, so that its availability(checkbox) is turning to false. Now I need to update the checkbox to true after the end date. How can I achieve this?
