Problem uploading Excel

Hello,

There is a requirement of entering data in a repeat grid by uploading an Excel or CSV file. But While uploading the screen is getting automatically refreshed and an error is coming in the tracer. When tried to find the function , could not find it. Please find the error detail screenshot and tracer screen shot in the attached . We are using PEGA Underwriting for Insurance 7.4.

Has anyone faced such an issue...if yes please respond..
