Can BIX pull data in real time to the reporting database?

Hi :-)

Can BIX pull information from the prod system in real time for the database system or is it just batch? I am trying to determine what we need to use for reporting and think we need to use BIX, but this is a requirement.

Hi Scott,

As fur as I understood, the real-time report mid not be possible, as the extraction(CSV/XML/DB scema) and loading the data into specific table to be usable will took sometime. So, there will be some delay you need to accept if you want to use BIX. 

Depending the reporting requirement and if it's required real-time report, we need to follow different approach if we need to use BLOB data for reporting.
