Pega Personal Edition is not getting launched properly

Hello All,

My Personal Edition is not getting launched properly i.e the designer studio is not getting rendered completely. It was working fine previously. But suddenly it is behaving in this way. Is that reinstalling the personal edition is the only way to get rid of it or do we have any other possible solutions. please let me know.

Hi Pawan,

Thanks for the reply. But I have tried in both IE and Firefox as well, the situation is same. Still i get the same incomplete screen getting rendered.

Check if you have any console errors in the browsers by clicking F12 .

What’s the Pega version and browser version you are using to open the application ?

Try clearing the cache and if still doesn't work, or something is getting executed in the the private edit, if you have any other user login try using and check.

Hello, 

One reason because of this blank screen could come is incorrect custom javascript(eg: putting "debugger" instead of "debugger;").

Similarly, it could come because you did a private edit of some rule and now when you log in it is breaking. 

Do, you remember which rules are modified when the last time it was working properly? 

Then you can delete the row(modified rule) from DB?
