PEGA update 7.3.1 was successful but system shows 7.1.7
Hello,We updated our application from pega 7.1.7 to pega 7.3.1. The Update was successful and i restarted the server and launched the application.But application is still showing 7.1.7.
How did we fix this ?

Kavitha reported that the issue doesn't exist. It had something to do with the environment.

Have you completed all the post-upgrade steps mentioned in the below document?
If not, kindly do so and let us know if the issue gets fixed.

Hi Kavitha,
If you have followed Out of place upgrade with one/two DB, can you please confirm all of the below are successful without any issue:
1. Migration rules to temp DB.
2. Upgradation of migrated rules in temp DB.
3. Rule schema object generation.
4. Data only upgrade.

In addition to the other suggestions did you also undeploy the 7.1.7 ear/war file and redeploy the equivalent from the 7.3.1 media?
