Black Screen on Interaction portal.

Hi All,

Does anyone encounter this issue before. I have black screen on Interaction Portal. There is no pattern to reproduce this. All and sudden this back screen appear on screen.

I am using Firefox browser. Firefox has some issue and I have configure this in browser level as suggest in below link, but still issue is occurred.

Hello Saikhom,

This is an expected response to a timeout that results in passivation and it is fixed in the Pega 7.4 release.

For this release, you may not let so much time go by without at least clicking somewhere on the screen( viz: go to the home tab, and then back again).
