Not able to check in rules

Hi all,

Iam not able to check in my rules. Everything is there, rules , ruleset , etc.

Then too , iam not able to check in. I dont know what is the issue. Can any1 please help me out?

hi all

my error is resolved regarding unable to check in rules.Actually, the error is in ruleset stack, whenever the we lock the aplplication , there is an Approval Required checkbox which i have checked, whenever we check that box , we wont be able to checkin rules, because it asks for approval for checkin, so that box i have unchecked and now able to checkin rules properly.

Is there any errors in logs ?

Any console errors in browsers ?

Did you try to trace the usecase ?

Is this an upgraded application. Did the user has the right set of privileges.

Hi

We may encounter this issue (Some times), when rule caching not in sync between - DB cache, File system cache and Virtual table cache. Please verify this.
