logging file customizations for webshere Application server

Do we have to customize logging for WAS servers for 7.3.1 upgrade?

I could see below warning in log file.

WARNING:- prlogging.xml is no longer supported in this version of prpc(7.31)

Kindly advise if we can still use prlogging.xml for platform version 7.3.1 and WAS servers?
