Getting Caught com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 452 4.3.1
Hi,
My requirement is to send emails for SLA I have configured for goals, Deadline and Passed deadline, I have set some actions and used assignment shape with routing (work queue). Now when creating a case I can see there is an email attachment, but I am not able to send the mail, there is some error like:(Caught com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 452 4.3.1 Insufficient system resources), also (To Address not available).
Any suggestions are welcomed,Thanks in advance.

The '452 4.3.1 Insufficient system resources' error is an error that originates from the Microsoft Exchange server due to the server either running out of disk space or free memory.
Check with your Exchange administrator and have them determine which it is and correct the issue.
