RDA reporting with genesys wfm

Hey guys,

I am working on a RDA project that we store the activity and event logs in a SQL DB.The customer is using the genesys wfm for other reporting and they were asking whether there is a way that we can use the data already in SQL and combind them with genesys wfm DB to generate new reports. Do you guys have any suggestions?
