Thanks for posing on PSC. Please refer this discussion: Where can I get a list of hotfixes for Pega 7.3.1 version
By running a scan in the HFix Manager you will be able to determine the critical hotfxes. There is no list of hotfixes.

Yesterday I submitted the SR for com.pega.pegarules.session.external.mgmt.PageCannotBeSerializedF in that they told me to apply Hfix-30416 fix but that did not show when I scan Hfix manager. If I can see list of hotfixes for the pega 7.2.1 that helps me to add my list. not just critical fixes.

As stated above, only the critical hotfixes will be displayed on running a scan in the hotfix manager. There is no location currently available to review all hotfixes related to a Pega version as these use cases must be reviewed by the support team before recommending the correct hotfix. In case you are facing an issue and was wondering if this has been previously resolved through a hotfix, please refer to our Support Articles here. You may request for the hotfix to the Pega Support Team citing the relevant article.
