Different correspondence footer in first PDF page

Currently, we're using Param.pyPDFFooterHTMLTemplate in HTMLToPDF activity to set the footer for correspondence that we convert to PDF. This is working fine. Attached our configurations.

Now, we have to set a different footer in the first page. How can this be done?

i tried the following as posted in the thread but did not help.  It gives a blank footer.  Other suggestions in that thread were not feasible for us.

<pd4ml:page.footer scope="1">

First page footer
</pd4ml:page.footer>

<pd4ml:page.footer scope="2+">

Second page footer
</pd4ml:page.footer>

 

Any other thought or idea?
