Root Element missing Error when launching Pega robotics Openspan studio

Hi Support team,

I am facing issues with Pega Robotics studio when launching it. I can see pop up window titled"Root element missing" whenever i am trying to launch it. I am followed the instruction manual when installing the pega robotics studio on window 10 64 bit system. Attached is the error screenshot for the reference. Can someone help me to resolve this issue. Please do the needful. Your support is highly appreciated.
