Requirements/Specification Export to Excel stucks on "Please wait..." screen
I want to export the requirements from Design Studio to Excel, but after click on the button "Export to Excel", a new window opens with the text "Please wait...". This stays like this. In the tracer you see a loop of activities (see attached)
I haven't had this issue before on other installations/environments. Any idea what's causing this and how to solve it?

I don't see any exceptions in that trace, which leads me to believe this is failing client side. (At least upon initial evaluation)
This is a DCO specific excel export and unrelated to reporting or otherwise.
There is a nav menu configured to call Open URL in window -> pzExcelDownloadRequirements
This activity's final step is a Show-HTML to show the pzExcelDownloadProgress stream.
There is a span with ID lblMessage, that is initialized to have a "Please wait..." message.
The drawProgBar(){ is responsible to not only display the progress bar, but to also replace the innerHTML of lblMessage with a download link to save the file.
If you are comfortable with JS debugging, I would do a private checkout of this fragment and place a debugger here.
Else, this may require an SR to do some debugging with you.

Thanks both for the reply. After restarting the server the issue seemed to be solved. After a while issue occurs again. I will take a further look in to it and otherwise I will log a SR for this and mention it here.
