On Pegacloud SMA runs on each node along with prweb

Rather than relying on Nodes.xml files, SMA will talk to prweb which will then use cluster information from pr_sys_statusnodes to discover all the running nodes and build the list for prsysmgmt.

This only works Pega Cloud and every node have the same jmx port and no jmx authentication.
