installing personal version in windows

I have a mac system from my company and accessing pdn from there using company email id. However i am unable to install personal version and tryout in mac. Is it alright to install pega personal version in windows which is a personal computer. Does it bother any legal rights from Pega?

Can you also provide a link to download the personal version from pdn.
