I have been testing the Reports functionality and I am running into an issue. When I review all the fields available to report on by hitting the down arrow key, I see none of the "custom fields" (from Data model) that were created when I designed my "Case".

What steps do I take to "expose" my custom fields from the data model (see attachments) so that I can build a report using those fields?
