infromation on PBI frame work

Customer has the below questions

1. Is it fine to develop with PBI with out PRPC?
2. Can we deliver the project only with PBI? ( Means no PRPC separate license required)

Thank you for posting on PSC. By PBI I belive you mean the Product Builder for Insurance? If yes, then Pega plaform is a pre-requisite. Please refer the below documents for clarity.
