Regarding F57 A validation in SmartInvestigate For Payments Frame work

Message Type : 191

In F57A tag we are getting valid IBAN number but system throughing below exception 

"Exception case not created due to validation errors .F57A: ** Mandatory for Party Identifier National Clearance System Code 'IT' need to be preceded by //"

Sample IBAN : /IT41Y0000000000000000000000

Note: Sample IBAN is dummy number but length count is same.

Impacted Rule (Edit Validate Rule)  : SIBICCheck_ClearingCode

Could you please verify and confirm its a valid one or not.
