How to use Net Promoter Score (Pega Survey) system in pega ?
We want to add NPS question/score system to our application and via email we want to capture the users feedback on their experience. Currentely we are running on Pega 1.7.9 version. which version of Pega customer Service frame work we need to use ? or is there any alternative of acheiving this with out using any frameworks ?
Please share your views and steps to be followed.

Thanks Santu. I search in the support portal to raise a media request for NPS (Pega survey) .But unfortunately have not found it. Can we request only for the NPS alone or do we need to raise request for the Pega customer service and hence use the nps feature from it.
Also for 7.1.9 which version of Pega customer service i need to request ?

Below is the CPM 7.1.3 Tech Note: Net Promoter Framework 7.1:
The prerequisite of NPS framework 7.1 is PRPC 7.1.
The NPS Framework is packaged with Pega Customer Process Manager™ 7.1.3 and does not require a separate installation.
For CS 7.21 or later versions, you can refer to CS implementation guides and check for the Section "Changing Net Promoter Settings".

Thanks Susan. We are currently not using any cpm frame work in our application. So we only want to use NPS feature. Can we request for stand alone NPS frame work and can use it with out CPM ?

Yes, NPS framework can be used without CPM.
