How to use Net Promoter Score framework in pega ?
We want to add NPS question/score system to our application and via email we want to capture the users feedback on their experience. Currentely we are running on Pega Marketing 8.2.1 version.
I found the material about NPS cofiguration called that "Technical Note Using the Net Promoter™Framework7.1"
Is this latest version material for Pega marketing 8.2.1. version?
or if you have the latest version, could you please share to us?

Thank you for reply.
I have confirmed that NPS is bundled with core Pega products.
But I don't know how to call the Sample NPS Survey. I want to use it.
I guess that it call from Include a Rule component but not appear...
Could you please teach me the procedure?

I am not able to see the NPS Survey in my LSA VM Course for Booking login and for the Administrator login for Pega 8.3.1 ,is there any role we need to have in order to see this information under Process.
or my understanding is not correct (Maybe not a standalone Framework)because I remember for CRM Suite we default see the NPS Feedback survey for each interaction closure.
please kindly help on this.
