Integrating Survey with external system

Dear all,

I have a requirement to integrate the survey with the external system. if I change or update any question in the external system it should automatically reflect in my pega platform. Is there any way to achieve this?

Having REST APIs for survey will help in this kind of interaction with external systems but unfortunately we don't have REST APIs currently for survey. We are considering this as a future direction for survey. Please raise a feedback so that your requirement can be tracked. As a work around, some customers are handling this kind of requirement via flow manipulation APIs although i am unsure of the details.

Hi, My requirement has to integrate the survey with the external system. For example, we have an excel sheet contains a survey questions, if there are changing any question in the external system it has to reflect when I am running my survey in the Pega platform. So I have created File Listener to achieve this requirement, My test connectivity also good in file listener but unfortunately, I am not getting the expected output and also in 8.2 V SMA is not available so I can't able to trace. I have tried in the admin studio to trace SMA but it's showing only the list of email listeners.

We can integrate Survey with External System by Using File Listener in Pega and Now I am able to Trace the SMA (8.2V) in Admin studio. The main thing is You have follow step by step procedure when creating the File Listener. I hope You will get the Answer. Thanks, Sornalatha R
