Automation tool click action not working on Attachment and Create case button onclick

Hi, I have used to automate the test cases using E2E automation tool. When its click on the attachment add button, the attachments list not populating. Regards, Muthu

But please provide more details on this issue and the tool you are using to automate (E2E automation tool ? ) .
