Pega 7.2.2 Installation ERROR: Caused by: com.pega.pegarules.pub.database.BadDatabaseDefinitionException: Database-BadDBDef-Missing PegaRULES
Hello I am trying to do an installation of Pega 7.2.2 with PostgreSQL9.5 and Apache Tomcat 8.5. We configured the database and application servers and the Pega installation completed successfully, but when we try to access the Pega application we get the following error in the logs attached below.

It looks like it's not able to get the PegaRULES db info from the configuration.
Have you defined this in your tomcat config.xml? (And can, say, open the xml in a browser to verify it's valid ---- sometimes characters like double-quote can be made to look more pretty, but aren't valid)
If so, it may be worth setting the logging level to debug (prlog4j2.xml / prlogging.xml) for
com.pega.pegarules.data.internal.access.DatabaseConfigurationMap

I am pretty sure we have defined it in our context xml. We have not messed with the prconfig file at all. I will add both the prconfig and context files to this comment.

I suspect configuration of properties to address the target database and target schema were set wrong.
Verify your database configuration in prconfig.xml

The above one is working for Oracle DB.
