Pega CHAT in CS framework
Is there any way the chat/email section on right side can be hidden or default collapsed in Pega CS when the work object class is inherited from PegaCA-Work-Interaction-InCorr/Chat class?

Could you please attach a snapshot of which chat/email section you are talking about.
Are you trying to create a Work Object of type class which is inherited from PegaCA-Work-Interaction-InCorr/Chat class?

Yes, the WO classes inherit from PegaCA-Work-Interaction-InCorr/Chat class. Attached is the screenshot. We are using PegaCS:7.2.2.

As per Pega's suggestion, the browser shouldn't be refreshed because it is collapsing the whole section. Else, removing the chat/email section is working correctly. We are still following up with them if there can be any other fix because even if it's not recommended by Pega, user can refresh browser for some other reasons, which may mess up there screen in this case.
