Agent Obj-Browse vs browser requestor

there is a DSS, which holds the datetime value.

The value in DSS is used in the filter criteria of the obj-browse.

When the agent activity is run manually, the obj browse works fine and returns the expected results.

When the agent runs based on its schedule, the obj browse does not work as expected.

What can be the issue here?
