"Internet Explorer has stopped Working" Issue in Pega Robotics (OpenSpan) Automation
Hi,
I am trying to automate web application (IE explorer)using OpenSpan.When ever trying to close & open another webpage or window internet explorer is throwing an error "Internet Explorer has stopped Working". while OpenSpan automation is running whenever this error occurs it has to close the window & need to carry on with further steps ,but am unable to capture this Error window using interrogation in OpenSpan.Please Suggest some solution.

No need to raise SR, the issue got resolved by choosing the Stop Method as Terminate in properties of the web adapter (the application which am trying to close through stop method in automation ),now the error window is not appearing during runtime.

How should I hide (Using Automation) the popup Error window("Internet Explorer has stopped working) without spying or interrogating.?

I believe you have a deeper issue and instead of trying to hide that error message, you should instead open a ticket with support to determine why it is appearing. If you do open an SR, please post the SR number here for tracking purposes. The following article will be help you in creating an SR-
