'For input string: ""' error while skimming

Hi, We are using prpc 6.1 SP2. As part of upgrade while skimming we are getting the below error while skimming and is not successful for few of the rulesets. These rulesets contain only Parse Infer, Parse Transform and Parse TransformCollection rules (Rules taken from SI layer).

ZipMove: Getting number of properties to skim. Following error was found: For input string: ""

Any suggesions please?

In the article, it mentioned two HFixes. 

HFix-4036 for PRPC 6.1 sp2

HFix-22114 for PRPC 6.1 sp1. 

You may need HFix-4036. Please double check with this PDN article.
