Is there any place where I can get all hotfixes for any specified pega GA release

Is there any place where I can get all hotfixes for any specified pega GA release, so that whenever a new pega 7.21 (say) instance is created, all these hotfixes can be imported.

Starting from 717  resolved issues are documented in below article

https://pdn.pega.com/resolved-issues

If your issue falls under any of the SR’s mentioned you can check the resolution part or you can raise a SR .

However for hotfixes as recommended  if you’re facing an issue check in PDN for existing hotfixes available .
