SA-38664 Failed Show Harness action running on

Hi,

I would like to know hotfix mentioned in SA-38664 article applied for 7.2.1 version too. We are seeing this issue in our application which is on 7.2.1 version. Thank you.

Hi Praveen, Thanks for posting on PSC. HFix-34763 was released for Pega7.2.2, though if you're facing the same issue. Kindly raise an SR on My Support Portal to get a back ported Hfix for the same. Waiting for an update. What is the reason to enter in to the catch block in 4th step "DisplayHarnessWithClass" and write these in the logs.

oLog.error("Failed Show Harness action running on "+stepPageName+ " page.");
    oLog.error("These are parameters received:");

We have plenty of logs with above lines.
