Questions Related to Hotfix Install Wizard
Hi Team,
We have few questions about the hotfix installation wizard which we have documented in a word document along with the screen shots and have attached in this SR. Could you please review the attachment and explain the reason for the mentioned behavior.

Each screenshot looks accurate. Anything that is not on your system which will be installed by the DL will be mentioned as not installed.
After installing them, they will either show up as installed or superseded if another fix in the list has fully superseded the changes.
Then your last screenshot is just the uncommitted list. This will simply show all HFixes that you have installed which are yet to be committed.

Thanks for posting on PSC.
I have reviewed the document shared.
I could see there are many Hotfixes which weren't installed as the same were superseded by other Hfix.
For example -Hfix-40021 superseded HFix-25215. I could see that there are code changes made in DatabaseImpl.java file for Hfix-25215 and same were overridden by Hfix-40021 with additional changes. Thus, Hfix manager installed the latest version of the code.
