Not returning connection 6 for database "pegarules" to the pool as it previously encountered the following error
I'm seeing this error in production log file.
Due to this users are unable to create case and search cases in portal getting below error
Status: fail
Message: There has been an issue;please consult your system adminstrator
operator ID : xxxx
requestor ID: yyyyyy
Engine Version :PegaRULES 7.2.0 ML1(coreAssemblyCached_721_916)
can someone please advise why we are getting this error and what could be the resolution?
