How to install OpenSpan Runtime in Citrix Environment for Multiple Users.
We developed a OpenSpan solution for locally installed application. OpenSpan runtime is installed in each user desktop and each user successfully launch the application through OpenSpan runtime
There is a situation where If Users are working remotely. So, Client wants the OpenSpan runtime to be installed on a Citrix server where all users can login to the server and have access to the single OpenSpan runtime.
Thus, Only one user can access runtime and launch the application at any given point of time. Multiple users cannot access the Citrix runtime at the same time.
Is there a way that multiple users can access the runtime and launch the applications in Citrix server?

When you publish OpenSpan Runtime on the Citrix Server, a new OpenSpan Runtime process will start for every user that makes a connection to the Server and opens Runtime. They cannot all run under a single process, rather, there will be multiple OpenSpan.Runtime.exe processes active when multiple users are connected.

Our robot is launching from Pega. We tried to publish OpenSpan Runtime on the Citrix Server. But it is throwing error that unable to invoke robotic automation.

In the context you've shown me... your question about running it under a single process is not possible. It is something that is being investigated by the Product team.
There is no way to have a single process run for multiple users in the way your client wants.
