automate the published desktop on citrix

On citrix, we publish the whole desktop instead of a single app. When we set the published app name attribute in automation, the automation is not able to open the published desktop.

Can you help?

Hello Walter,

Please ensure that the Citrix context is pointing to the correct server. If it is have you deployed your project on the Citrix server and pointed the Citrix context to that location? Are you receiving any error message? If so, what does that error message say?

Could you please attach a runtime log to this?
