We also have similar issue.
Issue:When the user is idle for long time and when they come back and try to refresh/do some action in the application, they will not be able to login at all.
What they normally do is, when they are trying to login, they give user id and pwd and click OK(in authentication pop up ). then immediately this issue occurs.
Please find the attached screenshots(Authentication_Issue and Authentication_Issue2) of the issue and corresponding logs screenshot as well.
As you mentioned in the above comment, we are using LDAPAuthentication with AuthenticationLDAPTimeout as Time out activity.
So could you please let me know what is the next step and resolution for this issue.

Thanks for posting on PSC.
To investigate and isolate the root cause, i would like to review the server logs while reproducing the issue.
Screen-shots shared very not much helpful. It just contained Security Authentication Fail exception, we have to understand what leads to it and thus stack trace is required.
