Working on windows and web applications while RDA is running

Hi All,

Shall a CSR can work on other windows applications if there is a Pega RDA running?what happens if the CSR wants to log-in to a web account while RDA is already have opened the same account? What is the advantages we have over Blueprism, Automation Anywhere and UiPath regarding this?

You're going to have to put in extra work to facilitate this, since touching the automation while it's running undermines the point of automation. You could maybe run everything without focus or visible, and obfuscate the passage of the automation that way, but at the end of the day you'd be better served getting a POC from Sales.
