Dealing with file upload windows while running web adapter

Hi All,

I have been automating a web application and I have a new need that the automation should be able to upload a file from local folder.Is there a way to interrogate this window attached bellow which appears when I press upload file link on the website while interrogating the web site?I was told that this is achievable in UiPath by an experienced UiPath developer.I want to know if this is achievable in Pega robotics.
