Section rule is corrupted in Pega 7.2.2
Hi Guys,
I've a section rule containing dynamic layouts configured with many date time and text area controls. The configuration in the layout is showing blank all of a sudden. Not sure why. I've also tried "Revalidate and Save" showing successful but no luck. PFA doc for the design screenshots.
Anybody has any idea how to fix this?
I am using Pega 7.2.2

Thanks a lot for your inputs guys. I've tried removing the inline style but no luck.
Also, I tried removing the layouts one by one but still no luck. There are some JavaScript errors but I don't think they are introduced because of this rule.
Anyways, I've now resolved the issue by restoring the rule from below RSV (01-01-26) and made the changes again.
Interesting thing is, I've opened below RSV instance from the rule history of the corrupted rule but still looks corrupted. When I explicility open the below RSV rule, I could see the layout configuration. I will mark this as the correct anwer comment unless you guys have some other thoughts.
Anyways, thanks for your inputs guys. I will, from now on, leverage PSC more than Pega SRs for quicker turn around.

Do you see any errors in the PegaRULES log? Do you see any javascript errors or console messages if you open the browser dev tools?

I have one more question. Did the issue start occurring right after saving to a higher ruleset version or were you previously able to view the higher version correctly?

Hi,
When you saved as the section, "ObligationMainScreen" from OWLSFW:01-01-26 to OWLSFW:01-01-28, what changes you put in? Please remove that change and see the result.
Your section, "ObligationMainScreen", has 1 unreviewed warning - "remove inline style". Can you remove the inline style and check if the issue goes away?
If all of the above does not help, then you do a private edit on the section and remove the inner dynamic layout one by one from the outline dynamic layout. You may find out the one which causes the issue.
