Implementing Multitenant

Dear Friends,

1) Do we have any Case Study where we implemented Multitenenant ?

2) How we will handle patch/update/upgrade in the mutli tennant environment ?

3) Do you have any guidance when / where multi tennant may NOT be good option?

The MT functionality was rolled out in 7.1.5 and 7.1.6. There are some details under the "What's new in Pega 7" from that time. See here:
